Hi. :)

At Aptana studio 2, there was the configuration to control 'auto-closing tag when typing ">" of opening tag'.

Customizing Your Typing Preferences
https://aptanastudio.tenderapp.com/kb/aptana-studio-preferences/typ...

I want to do same thing in Aptana 3, (Beta)
but I could not find a such configuration item.
Is there a way to do that?

The reason to make it disable

I usually edit the ERB file with the HTML editor, intead of the ERB Editor, because ERB editor does not do syntax coloring well on HTML code.

But when I use ERB tag, like:

<%= ruby_code

I type '%>' to close ERB tag, so HTML editor automatically inserts a strange text, like this:

<%= ruby_code %></%=%>

Thanks.

I've also opened a lighthouse ticket to track the busted erb tag behavior: http://aptana.lighthouseapp.com/projects/35272/tickets/2492
