when autocomplete offers to help after I type $("#id").

I get a list of methods and other stuff... but it is missing many.. like after, insertAfter, prepend, css.outerWidth and lots more...

I tried downloading the bundle "aptana-javascript-jquery.ruble-957b3d9" from git and copied it to the bundles directory, I restarted studio and got no change when typing $("#id").in

but when I used alt+space twice, I then got a list with some of these methods but they looked different and buggy..

I am using the latest beta for windows standalone

    Hi Moshe,

The jquery bundle will add snippets to Aptana Studio. These will enable you to fast auto-complete certain commonly-used jQuery coding patterns.

In order to use jQuery in your project, you'll want to make sure you have downloaded this version into your project, as that has documentation attached:

    http://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.4.1-vsdoc.js

and then drop that into your project. See if that helps.

    Cheers,
    Ingo

Looks like it's a bug. We've added a ticket here:

    https://aptana.lighthouseapp.com/projects/35272/tickets/1338

We'll close this discussion, and please follow along on that ticket for updates. Once it's marked as fixed, if it's still an issue for you, please let us know and we'll be happy to look at it.

    Best,
